St. Petersburg is truly one of those places where history lies every you look, where you can almost feel the weight of the past. Truly a momentous achievement for a city that is barely over 300 years old!
That's for sure! For more than 300 years, emperors, leaders of both the USSR and Russia have made a miracle - St. Petersburg is not inferior in beauty, culture and art to many famous cities in Europe.
