I would agree that being ourselves and being real is ideal. Most of us get lost in the abyss of the "normal" life of security, protection, saving face and being nice. Many of us don't even remember what it was like to be truly honest with ourselves and others, but gratefully we have the opportunity everyday to go on discovering ourselves some more.
