Halfway Through Darth Maul

I have been nursing a coloured sketch of Darth Maul in my heart for a while now, but I've been unable to bring it to life. I did make a pen Sketch of him in late July though but it didn't quite turn out the way I had planned. Today's sketch however is one I intended giving my full attention hence the reason for it's slow production.

The reference image is from the scene where Darth Maul with his double headed light saber sent by Darth Sidious (also the Chancellor) was fighting with Obi wan Kenobi and his master Qui Gon Jin. Do drop by tomorrow for the complete sketch...

This sketch was made with a MasterArt set of coloured pencils. The following colours were used;
• Red, Black, 2 shades of Brown, 3 Shades of ash, and 2, 3, 6 and 10B Bianyo pencils.
