Animals in my digital art - new series coming

Hi, guys!:)

This July I made a whole series of drawings based on "Games of Thrones". Sure I got more pleasure from drawing animals then from drawing portraits, but well, sometimes I have to draw people just to keep myself in good shape for that. Drawing scull would also be useful, but again, when I think about it the first scull that traps into my mind is goats scull, may be in dot-work or just line art technique.

You know what's interesting about my drawing practices? Almost always when I got asked to make a commission it's not something that I really love to draw. For example illustrating children's books. Well, I do it anyway, and with great pleasure, but it's not my favorite subject. And I understand that MY subject lies more in game dev territory, but this is where my style doesn't fit. And here the circle closed.

That's why next year I have particular drawing plans that must bring me closer to my dream. Or not - we'll see it, I always begin first, and then look what result do I have. Anyway doing nothing is not a solution, if I'll do so - I'll never know.

Tomorrow I plan to start a new series of fantastic creatures, and I definitely need to make myself doing not only so-called "flying heads". Time to work with body as well. Damn, I hope I'll manage...
