Living Japanese doll
Lulu is alive in the literal sense, but a doll is not so, as for your image it puts on the head of a special doll mask and wig, and stockings for arms and legs with a pattern simulating the puppet joints.
At the moment Lulu Hashimoto's (Hashimoto Lulu) is very popular in Japan thanks to instagram, which turned her into a style icon. Amazing and yet disturbing phenomenon.
