🔹 MY ART - watercolored flower arch - process
Hello Steemians, today I would like to share with you my new painting. I am not sure it is finished, because there is enough space for something more, but for now it is just a flower arch.
When I want to paint I search for some nice photo of flowers, animals and so on. Couple days ago I was trying to find photos of old windows and I came to flowers once again and here is the result. I really like eucalyptus leafs. Nice round shape and interesting colors and the combination with my favourite peonies... I had to paint it :)
I used White Nights watercolors as usualy, round brushes and recycled paper for drawing and watercolors.

This is so pretty. I love peonies too. I've yet to do much with painting botanicals, but I always enjoy looking at them.
I love flowers too but its just a while instarted to paint them... :)

not sure.. I teach art, but only primary.. I studied glass design, so painting and drawing is my hobby mostly :)

I've been painting with watercolors lately and I find it a bit difficult because I'm a self-taught artist + I usually use acrylics. But with the photos you take of the process I'm starting to understand the techniques and steps and I hope that I'll improve my painting! Thank you for sharing your art!
it was same for me.. I could paint acrylic, but not watercolors.. I started just about 5 months ago... its quite difficult, but with some practice you can get into it :)

I want to learn more with you about using water color, I often try it but didn't good result.
I have lots of watercolor tutorials... you can go through my posts and find them.. :) there are information about brushes, paints, paper and the technique... hope they can help you :)
