Orca Party-Time!
Did you know orca can be jerks to their fellow sea mammals? They are known to attack dolphins, seals and even whale calves. There was an incident in Monterrey Bay, California when orca ganged up on a mother gray whale and her calf for hours on end. The whales fortunately escaped to 60' depths — and the orca buzzed off. (Orca evidently don't like the shallows).But, "killahs gonna be killahs", so those gray whales just kind of have to deal. Sort of like us and stupid laws — or that when you're ambushed by that extremely spastic freak in a chatroom and there's no block button.

Their dorsal fin can be up to 6 feet or 182.8 cm. That doesn't frighten me,because I am 6' 1" (185.42000000000002 cm)!!!
Still though, I don't want it to bite my face.
My First Steem Purchase!
I bought a twin-pack of cheapo laser mice for my pc, using SBD earnings! When I told my friends about Steem, they doubted it could be used for real life transactions. This proves them utterly wrong. Hang your heads and walk home in shame, nay-saying friends!

My friends mock me all the time about cryptos and how it's not real, fake money, fad, ponzi, tulip bubble blah blah blah. Another reason why they are apprehensive about Steemit. That's so cool that you have something tangible directly from the block chain.

It is interesting that it is a such a wild, savage animal and yet we all strive on here to be Orcas.
Could be something energetically wrong about that...something to ponder.

The Northern Bottlenose Whale is about the same size as the Orca, but the wolf-like behaviour of the Orca make people think he's the "Arnold" of the Atlantic — and no one wants to be a called a "bottlenose" :O

I found this one yesterday it is really funny
They are literally insane for thinking people want to hear their nonsense and that the community should value their madness...

I watched a nature show that had footage of them doing this same thing. in fact, they know when the mother gray whales will be migrating with their calves and they wait for them to come through. The male gray whales go through earlier, so it's only the mother to defend. They finally were able to separate the mother and baby, and killed the baby. Then, insult to death, they only ate the tongue. Apparently the rest of it sinks to the floor and feeds a whole different ecosystem, but still, it was hard to watch.
Nature can be brutal, but you'd kind of expect orca to have a bit more intelligence... although then I look at people and they're the same way... I know orca aren't all bad, some have saved lives rather than destroy them...
is very well your design and for your friends I imagine that now if they want to join Steemit not?
Some have joined and make posts, some have joined and haven't made any posts, some joined and then quit, some refuse to join.
Most are very very stubborn :(
Bue, it's normal, it's almost always the same when we invite friends, but I think it's because they want everything easy without making any effort.
Effort can pay off eventually but at first it seems like throwing your time away hehe
