My Newly Rendered Perspective of 2 STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING as of January 12,2018. SET-A-R.D.no.1

Heloo Again me Fellow steemians,This Evening I'll gonna share to you only my works due to the important rule for the rendered,,Well,,Im so lucky that sometimes i involve into it this kind of Pressure but still i am happy beacuse i enjoy by rendering.

I'll gonna give you the details of my rendering for @ storey Residential Building,Where i also love to color

This perspective are along the right side view portion where i want to see you the garage part and the terrace above
Owner wants to put cover at the top of the terrace,so i use it with Poly carbonate roofing,It is transparent type of roofing
Where some of the owners are adopting this kind of roof.

And also I rendered apart which can be seen along left side view portion,where you can see the front part which i also put attic roofing which is the specs of tegula roof this what we called canopy.

You can see there that the fence column is rounded because it like somehow no the same style at that >subdivision.Owner is wanting more different style

Although this subdivision are strict in design and setback restrictions

If you seen again this perspective you can see that this is birds eye view perspective,it is normal for our part to see the view at the top part of the building where you can see all top portion like the roofing in design and the terrace roof

you can see the part also at the front,, i wanted to see to you my part at the above rendered.

And Lastly,This perspective are in differ also in fence style,,simple but is nice to see because it was an easy way to work.
