Rings, lots of rings!
These are some basic stacking rings i have made in Copper, and in Sterling Silver. Making them is relatively simple involving cutting wire to length, bending, or hammering into rounds, then soldering the join and finishing. Its a satisfying process and you can work on several at once doing each step in batches.

These rings were made with a mixture of techniques including hammering, and blackening with a chemical called liver of sulpher. Its really smelly stuff (think rotton eggs!)

Here i was experimenting with different patinas. By heating the finished ring and cooling it you can get some really interesting colours.
