Only option is to flag I guess.

My SP is too low to take away all the earnings, and my rep is too low to make any effect.

If enough people flag at 100% maybe it will discourage him/her

If we don't self manage Steemit will become a cesspool.

    I completely agree. I've flagged as well but it doesn't do much with my current SP.... Only if I was a whale. I flagged almost all of his posts so far of "his art".
