What makes a compelling piece of art to you?
Some art lifts the mood, other art tells stories of caution. Some work is used to process complex emotions of the artist finding release in communication of exhibition. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder some say but there is another side. Art has been used for propaganda, to move a population towards an aim.
Think about the art you love, why do you love it? Look at it again. What is the message. What kind of culture does it promote. Does it move you towards the kind of world you really want to live in? Your viewership is a choice, chose the material molding your mind and those you share it with wisely.
