I live in which U.K. So I wasn't able to experience the eclipse but I watched a livestream and it looks absolutely incredible.
Hopefully there will be another one sooner or later that I can witness for myself

Its not a once in a lifetime. They occur often you just need to be in the right place.
It is once in a lifetime because you will never have another chance to see this specific eclipse In person on the same day ever again:)
