I have given this a vote to cancel out that of @jaguar.force as I do not think it is harming Steem and it's only $2 anyway! I can see their point that your picture does resemble the one they show, but then you changed other things anyway. If you painted this then you earned your $2.
I have worked with SFR in the past and may again. I think it is a valuable contribution to make Steem better by discouraging people from abusing Steem, but it is a community effort and opinions will vary on what is abuse. What people make from their flagging rewards is pretty minor really and they risk retaliation. If someone posted your work and claimed it was theirs would you want it flagged?
The last thing I want is to drive creative people away from Steem.

Tracing? Painting is a skill. Even painting by numbers is what some do as a creative challenge. Not everyone if going to create something totally new, but if they put effort in then they deserve something if others judge it worthy. I do not condone plagiarism as you have suggested. There are urgent issues with worse abuse on Steem. We may differ on this, but that is an aspect of freedom.
