My dear friend, you said 58, I don't think that you said your correct age there! I could see few white hairs but I can probably give you your age is around 45 (max)!
I know you are concerning a lot about your diet and body weight! But I believe the way you think, the way you live and the way you meditate also helping you to keep the beauty and all other things as it is!
With water colors you are doing absolutely great! This is one of the best example for it! Great and amazing artwork!
