Hi, it is not so difficult as it looks: just buy Patternstudio from Mediachance and go experiment with it.... It will set you back 68$, so it is not cheap, but it is amazing software.

You can download a trial version for windows computers that will work for 30 days.... But beware: it is very addictive!!
