Steadfastness is a talent and not a quality i said it, because those that have managed to stay on steemit, when they are newly registered have steadfastness, while many may not have it, and today they are off steemit and typing how to make money online on google once again.

Now i asked a friend to help me run a scan of people who registered bettween september and now and it turned out that nearly 50% of these user, last posted in the last days of steemit. You surely don't need a seer to prove to you that they have quit.

A few of them, i checked their account, and it turned out that they really have awesome post, however they are wrong in giving up so easily, however i also loathed the segregation they went through

VARIOUS WAYS THROUGH WHICH MINNOWS WERE SEGREGATED.

Firstly it seemed as if nobody wants to upvote or comment on a person whose rep is lets say 30.

Sometimes, they never got any comment, encouraging them on their posts.

Sometimes they ask for guidance from a few users, who in turn ask them to send SBD of which they don't have or even ask them to join a discord channel, just for what they could tell them instantly.

I experience these in my first three weeks, it made me shed tears, others take turn to scam newbies of their hard earned SBD, its painful.

I know minnow who their works would make waves, yet they get nothing, too much division of groups who upvote each others because the are friends, and leave newbies who have good contents with nothing is painful.

Surely segregating newbies have got to stop, and im quite happy with a user called @libertyteeth, he stressed his opinion say steemit is a community and he is glad to curate newbies post with good content, for the first time i was happy, at last a move to eradicate segregation.

I saw the cartoon Artwork of user @rufans who is a minow anf new user. It was a beauty to behold, and after all the promo i trilled to do for him, he couldn't still go mainstream.

Now im thinking, what is happening? Is favouritism taking over quality content?
Why the segregation?
It pops up in my head everytime in my head, and its making me go mad.

MY OPINION.

Of there there are good users but its just that the ones involved in the segregation are getting much, taking over the remaining good percentage, so i allay my fears.
Im scared for the future of prospective newbies.

New users will ensure the growth of steemit worldwide, and they need a warm welcome.
Please let's kill segregation, we're a community not a political party.
