When my view is in the 'artistic modus' ...
... ugly, boring or invisible things suddenly become sources of ideas. For example; back in the days when the amount of 250 business cards as minimum order was beyond my imagination (if I handed out 10 a year it was much) I drew my business cards myself. Every single one was different. For a while I used stains on the street as base for the small drawings.
I photographed the stains and turn them around and around ...
... until I saw what they wanted me to see.
Often I only used the outlines. Sometimes they needed some more.
Recently I was ready for the minimum order of 250. Matt black, with the name of my studio.
All the same ...
Hi! For some reason your website seems down from my location, so I have to write here. I use a kind of the same imagination applied to graphs, and I write stories from the stains ppl leave in their words and expressions or accompanying media material... I invest much more when commissioned, but you can see examples here https://steemit.com/writing/@me422us/conquer-boredom-at-work-n-2-c-to-a-flat or here https://steemit.com/writing/@me422us/douglas-a-24-banshee-caption-contest-26-or-why-steemit-must-follow-time I invite you to join our creator's team (support & exchange) @Discord https://discord.gg/fvDS4C3 If not, do contact me whenever you feel like it through any of the means provided under my articles. Thank you! ∜mp
I used to play this game when I was 12 years old its very inspiring in all aspects and it also brings the humourous side of yourself if you are doing it regularly! Thank you for reminding me the good old days :) I really liked your characters they are warm and cold at the same time. :)
Nothing better than being a 12 years old, once in a while
Of course! that damn puberty hormones though :D
That's a really cool way to find inspiration
Thanks, I do my best.
This is amazing!! You look atvthings in a very different way from the usual crowd!
Very artistic and out-of-this world!
Your comment inspires me :)
THERE IS NOBODY MORE CREATIVE HERE THAN YOU!
I think your previous business cards are probably worth far more now that you're successful enough not to need to make them any longer ;)
Well ..... I'm not that far yet, haha.
There are 3 important kinds of artists; Young ones, desperate ones and dead ones
