Each night million of people struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep for some this is only a brief problem but fr others insomnia an become a severe ongoing struggle .
I also suffered from this problem, so I started practicing yoga meditation for sleep .It helped me to reduce SL substantially because this medication for relaxing (if you learn it correctly will activate the energy system in the human and his needs will reduce substantially).

I'll try to follow your advice, thanks for the concern. I love coffee and sometimes I could not avoid to drink before going to bed.
