Astrology August 31st 2018. Grieving.
The last day of August and today is one of the better days of the week.
The Moon is in earthy Taurus and her main aspect today is a trine to the Virgo Sun after some more challenging aspects overnight.
I woke with a deep feeling of grief. A sense of weariness about what we are being asked to release, the old way of BEing. It’s all good, it’s part of the letting go process as we wane to next week’s Virgo New Moon and reach the (beginning of the) end of the Eclipse and Retrograde rabbit hole that has ruled this intense summer.
This after effects of summer feel a little like this.
Mars is still at his station degree and still out of bounds but he is beginning to pick up speed after turning direct only 4 days ago so our energy is beginning to pick up a little and we’ll begin to get the glimmers of real forward movement, which is great because I have felt pretty blocked.
Saturn, your inner guru, is , however, slowing to station direct on Sept 6th, 2 days before the New Moon and that Moon IS waning so we are still very much on an inner journey right now.
Additionally Venus enters her shadow phase on Sept 2nd for her retrograde that will begin in October.
However, today the lovely aspect from the Moon to the Sun in earth signs gives you an opportunity to really get grounded and to allow yourself to begin to shed your old skin.
It would be a great idea to sit outside for a short while at least at some point today and get your bare feet on the ground or hug a tree.
Our connection with the natural world is paramount right now and we live in a disconnected society so choose that connection intentionally.
Nature heals so connect with her.
Much Love
Louise ❤
