M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Windows 7 driver problem SOLVED!
I have gathered an interesting experience during a past few days that I could share here for those who has a problem with this, otherwise excellent M-Audio device.
Our member @dragannenadic bought this wonderful piece of hardware for his son, composer, Veljko Nenadic. For those of you who know and like a technical language, here is the specification list of this cheap but impressive little device:

And it's true. Than they say how simple it is:
Connecting the M-Track 2X2M couldn’t be simpler; install the drivers, connect it to your Mac or PC via standard USB or USB-C port and you’re set to record.
Well, let's suppose you have Windows 7 system, you're off to their page to download the drivers…

… you install the latest drivers and… nothing! OS obviously insists on digital signature that drivers cannot provide (Usually pops up error Code 52 and Code 10). So, what to do? First step was regular updates to the Windows 7 system, but that didn't help.
Company really made a big mess by not providing any support to their customers for this problem. Fortunately, user by the name of Kev333 sent a solution at the community.m-audio.com forum. It's a specific security update that you can download from this link for 64-bit OS:

The problem apparently originated from the lack of Win7 support for Scarlett USB Drivers, and more on that you can find on Focusrite Help Center page.
Terrible omission by the M-Audio Company, which at least should point to this problem in their driver support page, or provide links to the necessary Windows Update. Instead, you just have this:

That eternal driver issue. I imagine how hard for the manufacturer it is to support this vast number of operating systems. I could not understand the problem before i have started my own startup and we started building that webpage. Each operating system, each browser, each device (and there are zillions of them) interpret the code in their own way. It's a nightmare some standardization would be really nice lol But i feel you and i am glad you have managed, but the support should definitely be better. Most companies look through fingers to it even though they are building nice products. But... i guess in is an incentive to upgrade then :)
I would say this is more that driver issue my dear @bescouted. You see, when a company makes drivers, however complicated they are, testing must be a part of a process. Since they want to maximize profits, they have to test it with the most common OS in use — which Windows 7 still is. And when they put up unworkable drivers leaving their customers without a clue, it can be qualified anywhere between gross negligence and pure insolence.
Kev333 put this solution 4 moths ago, and M-Audio still doesn't have any note at their drivers page, as you can see.

Damn, I've just looked it up and found out that Windows 7 is still really widely used. They might still make up the 30% of all windows installed in the machines. This is crazy I thought they total up to Max 5% or less. In this case it is really negligence.
Designers of the Win8, 8.1 and 10 should be jailed :)
I may need to get a new audio interface, but I'll be using Linux. Some do work with that. I have an M-Audio Delta 66, but it doesn't seem to like this PC. I may sell that as it's still a good interface.
What was the problem with PC @steevc?
I was getting audio glitches. I think some motherboards are just not compatible. It was fine in my old PC
If it's motherboard than linux won't help. Did you try to find out has anyone else on the net same problems?
I think I looked around at the time, but there's a limit to how much time I can spend on investigating. I'm using a Zoom H4 as my interface for now
