"Awakening"—What Actually Is It?

Disclaimer: everything discussed in this article can be quite easily verified today using AI. However, certain aspects should still be considered meta-scientific—and even then, only because they cannot be measured.
«A man may be born, but in order to be born he must first die,
and in order to die he must first awake.»
— G. I. Gurdjieff
Lately, across virtually all online communities, a great many so-called "awakened" individuals have appeared, offering their services to anyone else wishing to awaken; yet, the very meaning of the word "awakening" remains unclear—not only to those completely unfamiliar with esotericism but even to practitioners of various forms of meditation. What exactly is this attribute or quality, and why might it hold any interest for ordinary people—or, as it turns out, the "sleepers"?
One thing is clear: "awakening" is not "enlightenment." And since all "enlightened" individuals are fairly well-known figures possessing widely recognized traits and characteristics, passing oneself off as "enlightened" is not particularly convenient—or even safe. Although there are those who do so.
It is also clear that all these people who call themselves "awakened" possess a specific quality and experience that allow them to view themselves as special compared to everyone else. They offer their theories and training sessions to this "rest of the world" across various online platforms—naturally, for a fee.
So, what is this quality that all the "awakened" possess? What makes it appealing to ordinary "sleepers"? Should "sleepers" strive to "awaken"?
In this short article, I will attempt to describe this mysterious attribute of the so-called "awakened" based strictly on scientific notions and concepts. Indeed, I would venture to assert today that any form of esotericism ought to be grounded in science. Modern concepts and phenomena within quantum mechanics can quite easily explain any instance of magic or mysticism. One of the most remarkable features of quantum mechanics is the dependence of the state of matter on human consciousness.
To begin with—in order to understand what we need to "awaken" from—I would like to draw your attention to the unique experiments conducted on split-brain patients by Dr. Michael Gazzaniga, a student of Nobel laureate Roger Sperry.
In short, the essence of the experiments is that distinct mental entities inhabit our different hemispheres. The entity in the left hemisphere constantly lies, dissembles, and fabricates things that do not exist; it dominates and discriminates against the entity in the right hemisphere.
Another Nobel laureate, Daniel Kahneman, described aspects of the human psyche as modes of thinking: System 1 and System 2. System 1 bears a striking resemblance to the behavior of the left-hemisphere entity.
You can conduct your own research or trust the research I have already thoroughly carried out. The essence of the left hemisphere is our Ego. And the Ego is our "Unconscious" (according to Freud). In other words—just imagine—there is no consciousness within the Ego. So where is our consciousness? In awareness. Awareness and the Ego are two mutually exclusive states of consciousness.
A disclaimer: I apologize, but I must state that until you grasp what has been said above, there is simply no basis for a frank conversation with you. There are specific guidelines for esotericists on how to conduct themselves with the "unconscious"—with those whose Egos, with those whose are asleep.
Esotericists refer to the "unconscious"—who make up at least 97% of the people on Earth—as the "sleepers," because their consciousness is effectively in a state of waking sleep. Is it clear now what you need to "wake up" from? And do you realize what your chances are? Yet, it is actually quite easy to do; the main thing is to want it and know how.
Your ego will put up a desperate fight; you will hear its distinct voice saying, "Oh, that’s just nonsense." You need to realize that this is the voice of the left-hemisphere entity, which does not want to relinquish its dominant position. You need to sense the interest and desire of the right hemisphere from within. If you don't, do not be discouraged—97% of people on Earth are like that.
I recently watched a YouTube video by a so-called "awakened" woman. She literally sketched a crude diagram and confidently held forth, tracing the drawing with her pencil: "This is the Mind, and this is the Matrix. The Matrix creates a program for the Mind. You need to understand this and break free from the Matrix. If anyone isn't quite clear on this, come join my Telegram channel."
Can you imagine the sheer absurdity of the situation—the kind that scares off people who might otherwise be interested in learning what "awakening" is all about? And yet, I have to admit that she likely possesses the very trait shared by all these so-called "awakened" individuals.
Now, let’s continue to explore exactly what this trait is—the one that allows someone to hold forth in such a manner.
I consider the meta-scientific, esoteric concept of the three states of consciousness—3D, 4D, and 5D—to be the most suitable framework for understanding what "awakening" is. Why "meta-scientific"? Because it aligns remarkably well with concepts from quantum mechanics. These states of consciousness are also referred to as "worlds"; thus, our world is the "3D World."
Our ordinary world—much like our ordinary (unconscious) state of consciousness—is characterized by three-dimensional space and "clock-face" time, which, according to quantum mechanics, can vary from zero to infinity. Incidentally, the fact that the time shown on our clocks is not constant confirms the illusory nature of our 3D world—an illusion that otherwise appears unshakable.
To jump ahead a bit, let me explain what is known about the "5D World" or the 5D state of consciousness. There is no strictly scientific data available—at least not in the public domain. I recommend that everyone look into Carole Doré’s theories; you need only read her famous book, The Emergency Handbook For Getting Money FAST! In it, she provides excellent descriptions and clear diagrams explaining what the 5D dimension is and how to utilize it—provided you master the skill of entering this state of consciousness, even if only for a few seconds.
I would add that this is similar to the principle of entering the so-called "Flow" state. The difference is that in "Flow," you operate within our 3D world, performing what are known as "flawless actions"—such as a sniper hitting a target from 3.5 kilometers away, or an athlete sinking a basket from the opposite end of the court (the kind of feat that earns them multi-million dollar contracts).
What Carole Doré was referring to, however, is near-instantaneous manifestation—drawing something, such as money, from the 5D realm into our 3D world.
The physics of this manifestation process closely resemble Osho’s descriptions of the "Third Eye."
Incidentally, Osho warns that one must exercise caution: if you inadvertently create something while in the 5D state, it is impossible to undo it.
So, the main focus of this article is the 4D state of consciousness. This is the state that so-called "awakened" individuals have learned to enter temporarily. They perceive this state as something highly positive, which is why they are eager to share news of it as something extraordinary. In reality, it is—but not entirely.
I will now explain what it is and how to achieve it. You can try it out right away.
Disclaimer: Proceed with extreme caution and in a safe environment; do your research and watch the countless videos available online. I accept no liability if someone unexpectedly drifts off into "nirvana" or "samadhi"—especially while behind the wheel. If you aren't seated, you could fall over (it happened to my friend). Please act responsibly; the entire responsibility rests with you.
The 4D state serves as a transitional bridge—literally a gateway—between the 3D and 5D worlds. It is neither a standalone world nor even a distinct state of consciousness. Rather, it acts as a crucial safety mechanism, preventing you and your cunning Ego from entering that wondrous realm where a mere thought instantly manifests into reality.
Therefore, one should not expect too much from the 4D state. Imagine finding yourself in an airlock between open space and a spaceship, or having to step from the underwater world into a submarine’s interior. You can describe both environments, but how do you describe the airlock itself?
Yet, the so-called "awakened"—while merely in that "airlock"—already believe they have achieved something close to "enlightenment." No, my dears; speaking from my own experience, I can tell you that the "4D airlock" itself is divided into several compartments. Whether or not you will reach the final one in this lifetime is unknown—let alone the "5D World."
So, simply put, the 4D state is a meditation based on the "presence" of the "I am" sensation. You need to sit alone in a quiet room—ideally with your back straight—and try to relax; taking a few deep breaths and long exhalations can help.
Once your body is relaxed, shift your attention to your consciousness. Try to maintain that sense of "presence"—also known as "I am" meditation. In other words, your consciousness is simply present in the room right now, and nothing else. The key is to have no thoughts. This meditation is also referred to as a state of "self-awareness," and the practice itself as "mindfulness."
Based on this, those who have managed to successfully perform the meditation of presence in the "here and now" can be considered "awakened." In this state, the sense of time and space vanishes. The absence of thoughts eliminates fear and anxiety, automatically giving rise to a causeless sense of joy. It is a rather peculiar situation for our 3D world, isn't it? It is precisely this strangeness—along with the sensations of euphoria—that leads the "awakened" to believe that something truly extraordinary and miraculous has happened to them.
If only it were that simple!
In reality, you most likely won’t succeed—even if it seems to you that you have. This is because there is an underlying neuropsychological reason. To bypass this, there are various physical techniques that can be considered a form of natural "biohacking."
By performing one of those special techniques that are rarely discussed openly, it is indeed possible to step out of the 3D state of consciousness—yet, without the proper theoretical grounding, fail to enter the 4D state. That is exactly what happened to a friend of mine: I asked him to perform a physical exercise that required literally just 30 seconds. To keep track of the time, he had to curl his fingers 25 times—five sets of five. Some of you might even recognize the technique. Anyway, my friend lost his balance and fell. Fortunately, there was a sofa right behind him; we were doing the exercise together, standing face-to-face—he was mirroring my movements. Naturally, his Ego didn't appreciate the loss of "unconsciousness" and he showed no desire to continue training—which was a mistake. Did you think I included that disclaimer for nothing?
There are other techniques—life hacks and secrets—that make it possible to bypass the Ego’s defenses and strip it of its dominant position. To understand what I mean, let us delve a little into neuropsychology.

In this diagram, it is worth focusing on just one fact: there is a lag of 200 to 500 milliseconds between the moment your brain makes a decision and begins to execute it, and the moment you finally hear—and perhaps subsequently verbalize—that thought. Yes, theoretically—based on experiments by Dr. Benjamin Libet—it is possible to intervene in this process, even exercising "veto power" to prevent the execution of your brain's decision. However, this is unlikely; once a thought has already registered in your mind—whether in your native language or as a motivating image—and your brain and body have already begun acting on the decision, fighting against that thought is practically impossible.
So, what exactly is the problem? The problem is that, according to the diagram, there is a "bug"—so to speak—located before step 4 (the amygdala). This bug triggers a "glitchy" amygdala response: there is no actual threat, yet it activates the sympathetic nervous system and floods your body with cortisol anyway. It is theoretically impossible to root out this bug using conventional methods because it sits 200 to 500 milliseconds earlier in the chain of events; it is like a dog trying to catch its own tail.
This is precisely why 97% of the people on the planet exist in an "unconscious" state. In other words, they live out their lives—or rather, their Ego lives their entire lives for them.
Let me remind you that the Ego is an entity of the left hemisphere—one that constantly lies and engages in evasive maneuvers. Can you grasp the horror of your situation: that you are constantly lying to yourself and trying to wriggle out of the truth in your own eyes?
The Ego constantly creates illusions, including the illusion that you have entered the state of 4D "presence." That is exactly why there are so few truly "awakened" individuals. By the way, if anyone has doubts, I can verify this in half a minute—even online.
If you have read my other articles here, you know that I offer a special training program (minimum 5 days online) designed to teach a unique transcendental technique. This technique allows you to intervene in the neuropsychological chain of events before the signal reaches the amygdala. In other words, you do not hear the thought and you experience no cortisol-driven or false dopamine-induced reactions; instead, you find yourself in a "4D state"—whether you intend to or not.
This is a physical action; as you already know, it is impossible to halt this process through mental effort alone.
This technique enables you to perceive not only the mental component of your Ego but its physical aspect as well. Yes—it is a tangible physical entity that you can now confront on equal terms.
What is the purpose of all this? In my articles, I explain that this technique enables you to perform various health-promoting exercises that would be difficult—or virtually impossible—to execute in a normal state of consciousness. For instance, you could not spin rapidly while performing "Tibetan Pearl No. 1" and then come to an abrupt halt without feeling dizzy. Nor could you practice the ancient breathing techniques of Taoist monks and Japanese samurai—designed to increase blood carbon dioxide levels and render you perfectly healthy and immune to any virus. Yet, by using this technique to enter and periodically maintain a "4D state," you will be able to perform complex feats that once seemed impossible to you.
So, what is the "gateway" actually for? That’s right: to cleanse yourself of the previous environment and prepare for another. By practicing the state of "presence" in 4D, you will eventually realize that, after meditation, you never actually returned to the 3D world.
Yes, and you will also be able to easily enter the "flow" mentioned earlier. You can buy Carole Doré’s book, The Emergency Handbook For Getting Money FAST!, and start practicing. You now have a tremendous advantage: the ability to enter the 4D state shown in the main diagram. From there, it is entirely up to you. Most people will simply look at that diagram from their 3D world, having no idea what it is all about.
Good luck and stay healthy.

P.S. A neutrino workshop will take place at the Max Planck Institute in Munich, Germany, between January and March 2027. Additionally, a dedicated thematic symposium titled "Future Cosmic Neutrino Experiments" will be held from February 15 to 17, 2027.
Of course, this might be a coincidence, but according to the prophecy of Ra Uru Hu, the neutrino configuration of our old 3D world will undergo a complete transformation precisely on February 15 at 22:00 GMT. In other words, there is strong reason to believe that the Collective Ego will vanish. As for what will happen to the individual Ego—that is, the "false self" of the left hemisphere—one can only speculate.
My advice: Practice the "I Am" meditation while remaining present in the "now"; this skill might prove extremely useful to you very soon.
