It has been a while since I last baked something using carrots. The only option I have is the carrot cake after receiving free carrots from my sister. I wish I have cream cheese but I used everything I had on my previous project. I love using cream cheese on most of my baked goodies it was becoming my favourite after cinnamon spice.
