Where to find the best capital growth in Bali

in #bali14 days ago (edited)

I am trying to find a spot on the island that is not yet fully overpriced. Everyone says Canggu is the best but the land prices there are already through the roof. I want to buy something now and sell it in maybe 3 or 5 years for a good profit.

Is there any specific neighborhood that is just starting to get popular?
What should I look for to make sure the value of my apartment goes up?
Do you guys think the infrastructure projects like the new roads will actually change the prices in the northern parts of the island soon?

If you want to see your money grow fast you should definitely look at where the new premium infrastructure is being built. I have been tracking the market for years and some areas are showing a 32.8% average capitalization which is just crazy compared to other tropical destinations.

I think the key is to find a project that has a unique concept - something that stands out from the standard villas. I follow the Avalon group because they pick really strategic spots that are just about to explode in value. You can see their location map here https://avalonbali.com/ and it makes a lot of sense. I bought a unit in one of their newer projects because I believe the area will be much more expensive once the main road is finished. It is a bit of a waiting game but the numbers usually don't lie.

Just avoid the very remote areas where there is no road access yet because it might take 10 years to see any real change there.
