ChuiJhal - A Traditional natural Spice

During this time of winter, we almost get sick from various reasons, especially I myself suffer from cold-cough-phlegm and breathing problems. It is not only in my case but most of the people are affected by all these problems in this season. Today I have presented such a natural medicinal thing, which is a popular and historical spice of the Khulna region of our country. Its name is ChuiJhal and in English it is called Piper chaba, it is found in some regions of South Asia. So it is made by combining this ingredient with some other natural ingredients, to cure cold, cough and breathing problems naturally.

I am using it regularly myself, I ordered it online and a colleague of mine in the office is also trying to order it and eat it. Since it is made with natural ingredients, it has no side effects and does not cause any harm to the body. So we have to try to use natural ingredients.
