Thanks for another good report, HA. Upvoted and resteemed. I also want to explain that vote power goes down with each use, so jsut because I don't upvote a video does not mean I do not appreciate it, sometimes I have to "recharge" my vote. You will catch on, there are a few little tricks to this platform, just don't get discouraged. It takes a little time for people to find their way to you.
Being new here what does resteemed mean and do?
Resteem is how you share to your followers. On your blog page, YOUR actual posts appear and anything you resteem. It costs you nothing but it pays nothing either. It is a kindness that people with larger followers can do for people with smaller followings, and it is a token of respect for the material presented. Even if you only have three followers, it is how you let someone know "Hey! What you said is important and I am telling my friends!"
I recommend go through and read all the stuff you want to read, resteem the stuff that you think is REALLY good. Do not clog your blog with other people's material, they won't be able to find yours! Then post your stuff last, so your own post is on top of your blog.

I guess the next question is I don't see a tab that says resteem so how do you get a resteem going?
Under the tags, where you upvote, go right from there. There is a vote count, then an arrow that goes 3/4 of a circle. That is the resteem button.

I am also new.. I press upvote on everone I think writes good and I agree.. :)
