We only send the confirmation message when somebody is first enrolled. @occupywallets had been previously enrolled, so they did not receive a confirmation, but their share count was updated.

That's okay. I would actually like to send a confirmation every time, because it helps members know where they stand. It's too much while enrollments are manual, but our developer was working on that very feature today!
