Votes are done based on your shares. If you have only one share it is likely you won't get a vote on all your posts if you post daily.
There is only so much voting power regenerating per day ;)
The output is based on shares, not on number of posts. 10 posts per week get the same $ upvotes as one post.
It should still be an upvote on every post, it's just a question of which account it comes from. His upvotes come from @sbi2, so he is not recognizing them.
