Map the Story #34 - "Abdul Qadir Mollah City College, Narsingdi"

Hello Steemian, today I am here to participate in the Contest! Map the Story on Steem Atlas #34 contest.

Today I will take you to a renowned college in Narsingdi city of Bangladesh. My younger brother studies here. It is a renowned private higher secondary educational institution in Bangladesh which is located in Narsingdi district, next to Dhaka-Sylhet highway. A few days ago I visited here and presented details about that college.

The scenes inside this college are very nice and modernly made. There are several sections here which I only went to visit because I am not allowed to enter inside. This college was established in 2006. There is a huge gate in front of this college which is very secure.

CCTV cameras are installed above the college gate as security. This college was founded by Abdul Quader Mollah whose image is made like a statue inside the college. The college gate is divided into two parts. A big gate on the left side and a small gate on the right side.

After entering the college, the atmosphere was very calm because it is a private college. Basically, there are three departments here as education departments. Science, Commerce and Humanities branches at HSC- Intermediate level. My younger brother studies here in the Science branch. The entire college is under the jurisdiction of Dhaka Education Board.

There are three separate buildings for the three sections. At the beginning, there is the administrative building where the main activities of the college are conducted. On the north side is the Humanities building and on the west side is the Science building. There is a reception center on the south side of the college, which can also be called a waiting room.

Besides, there is the Business building on the east side. This building is located on the east side of this college where education is provided as business education. Various types of business-based lessons are given here. There are many teachers here who are very experienced. Since it is a private college, the tuition fee here is very high.

The number of students in this Quader Mollah City College is about 3300 and the number of teachers is about 100. This is an approximate estimate that I have heard. All the lessons here are provided in Bengali language. There is a huge field in front of this college where sports are played. It is nice to see the entire view of this college from a distance.

This is one of the best colleges in Bangladesh and many students come here from far and wide to take classes. This college has made itself known with its quality of education and examination results since its establishment. You can find out about the praise of this college in various media.

Due to the top results of Dhaka Board in various years and the high GPA-5 achievement rate, it is considered one of the top colleges in the district. That is why I admitted my younger brother to this college. Since it is a private college, there are many college buses here for the convenience of the students. Students are brought to this college from different parts of the city and the cars are parked in the parking section. Apart from this, there is a memorial here.

Since it is a private college, there is no facility of stipend here. Semester fee is paid here every semester. Semester fee is different according to the department. Boys and girls take classes separately and their shifts are different. Students are interested in coming here because they are provided with advanced education. This college campus has various facilities. For example, there are modern classrooms with modern facilities.

These include science and ICT-labs. Library for studies, playground which is helpful for the overall development of the student. We were there for a while only as visitors because entering the classroom is prohibited. The gate to go out looks nice from inside. Apart from that, it is nice to see the entire view including the front gate of the college after coming out of the college.
