One of the best beach that close from Banda Aceh is Riting. From Banda Aceh to Riting is 30 km or 30 minutes by the car / taxi,just beside of the main road of Banda Aceh - Meulaboh. Riting Beach has beautiful black sand, facing directly to Indian Ocean. It's the best place to learning or practicung surf. You can get a local guide or surf instructor around Lhoknga.
