Jumping Spider with Its Prey

At first, I did not really notice on what this spider had in its mouth, but when I looked at the result, I found out that it was having lunch with a mouthful prey. Seeing that, I decided to take its pictures with my smartphone as good as possible. I found it just this late afternoon on green leaf, and I thought that would be easy for me to catch while being with something in its mouth. This jumping spider was probably out of its range during the twentieth century but has brought benefits within its kind over the last few decades from conservation management aimed at increasing open fen vegetation. This typical damselfly usually stop in one place while patrolling the prey and after that it would return to the same spot. After spending some time, I was finally able to capture some pictures of this jumping spider with its prey.
