Facemask treatment. how to get started. part 1

in #beauty7 years ago

Hey Steempeople!

Look in the fruitbasket, kitchen closets or the fridge and behold; all good ingredients for facemasks!!
Let your skin take advantage of all the minerals and vitamins.

treatment:

Facemasks feed or relax the skin, they rejuvenate or give the skin a more beautiful skintone. A mask closes of the skin of the face temporarily, so the blood circulation will be stimulated because of that.
Masks are also really suggestible for a deep cleanse or feed. Everything together, they form a mini beauty-treatment!

Make sure you always clean your skin before you put on a mask. The mask has more effect if you first remove the dead skincells with a scrub.
The most masks will work at best around 10/ 20 minutes.
Don't forget to include your neck and decolleté.
Leave the erea around youre mounth and eyes free.
Optional, you can put on slices of cucumber on your eyes.

Do yourself a favour and take the time for putting on a facemask. Don't go vacuuming or clean up the house with your mask on but relax, you deserve it;)

for example, lay your feet down on a pillow. This works relaxing and it gives a directly boost to the spirit.
Or you can put on a mask while you take a bath. Because of the warm vapors your pores will be open and that makes it easier for the working substances to get into the skin bettter.
(If you are using a mask that has to dry up, it's better to not taking a bath at the same time.)

flush of your mask with lukewarm water or do as they do it in the beautysalon; remove the mask from the face with a clean warm damp towel.
After a facemask, the pores can be closed with blossom water thats making the skin constrict, like rosewater or orangeblossomwater.

Facemasks are easily made yourself with ingredients you already have in the kitchen. Yoghurt is a perfect base for a facemask with olive oil , lemon, egg, honey, oatmeal and fruits you have everything at home to get a soft skin.
fresh fruits or fruitjuices are working as a moisturizer and the fruit acids help the dead skincells to loosen.
egg yolk is nourishing. It is fun to get started experimenting with it.
