Maybe Steemit gives us all a short memory. And time flies so fast here. Those pickled hop shoots are so easy to make. I've used different beers in the mix and it does make them taste a little different. But always good! I save the liquid, once I've eaten all the hop shoots, and put other things in it, just one more time, for a quick refrigerator pickle. Like yucca flower centers and cats tongue mushrooms.
