This beer has the exact same story as the yesterday one, I also found it in the organic store called “Farm”. Check out my previous post if you’re interested !

Description

 
This is a beer with 7%, it’s brewed by the Fox brewery if I translate their name in English. You can see that their logo has a little fox on it. It’s a microbrewery where they made 4 craft beers all year and every month, they create a new one !
Another specificity of this brewery is that all their beers are made with bio malt and they’re never sweet but always spicy.
Unfortunately, since this is a pretty small brewery they don’t have their special glass.

Tasting

 
Time to taste ! I think it’s the first time that I didn’t smell any odor. It’s a very soft beer but I would also say dry. It may be hard to understand that but after drinking it, I had the impression of a dry mouth. It isn’t very sweet and the taste is brief but strong so there isn’t any after taste. Lastly, there is a bit of bitterness at first.

I rate this beer 9/20, it’s good but not amazing. I’ll compare this beer with the Leffe blond and the Chouffe, they both have a certain consistency but I didn’t find that consistency in the Adorée.
