Wysycenie: niskie.

3 lata po rozlaniu, dalej jest SUPER, mam wrażenie, że jest mniej słodkie, nuty drewna nie są już tak nachalne.

Taste: sweet, caramel, molasses, a huge amount of vanilla, a bit of wood, it dries out the tongue, lots of fruit come out toward the finish; thick, no bitterness, alcohol not noticeable.

Carbonation: low.

Three years after bottling, it’s still SUPER. I have the impression it’s less sweet now, and the wood notes aren’t as overwhelming anymore.
