Niemal dwuletni Porter Imperialny leżakowany w beczce po bourbonie Old Forester z trzyletnim dzikim strong ale z beczki po czerwonym winie z Burgundii, fermentowanym szczepem B. clausenii.

W zapachu czekoladki z alkoholem.

Kolor: ciemny brąz.

W smaku bardzo czekoladowe, z lekką nutką owocową, bardzo fajną, sporo winogron, morela, słodkawe, goryczka niska, gęste okrutnie, alkohol lekko czuć.

Wysycenie: średnie.

No świetne. Takie inne, bardzo zaskakujące połączenie, spodziewałem się zlewem z piw które nie wyszły, a tutaj jest bardzo dobrze.

Po tygodniu, dalej jest bardzo dobrze, jakby niższe alko, polecam!

A nearly two-year-old Imperial Porter aged in an Old Forester bourbon barrel, blended with a three-year-old wild strong ale aged in a Burgundy red wine barrel and fermented with the Brettanomyces clausenii strain.

Aroma: chocolate pralines with a touch of alcohol.

Color: dark brown.

Taste: intensely chocolatey with a pleasant fruity note — lots of grapes and a hint of apricot, mildly sweet, low bitterness, extremely thick body, slight alcohol warmth.

Carbonation: medium.

Truly excellent — a surprising and unique blend. I expected a mix of failed beers, but this turned out very well.

After a week — still very good, with the alcohol a bit softer. Highly recommended!
