W zapachu kawa i czekolada, dość słodko, kokos, trochę wanilii i drewna.

Kolor: ciemny brąz.

W smaku czekolada z kawą, palone zaskakująco delikatnie, wychodzi sporo owoców, wanilii i pralinek, goryczki brak, gęste straszliwie, alkoholu praktycznie nie czuć, lekka kontra dla słodyczy, doskonale ukryty.

Wysycenie: w sumie to żadne.

Niestety nie piłem świeżego, ale pamiętam opinie o dość dużej alkoholowości, po 2 latach od rozlania, beczka pewnie jest mniej wyraźna, ale piwo i tak jest wybitne, chyba najlepszy mrożony komes jaki dotychczas piłem.

Color: Dark brown.

Head: None.

Aroma: Coffee and chocolate, quite sweet, with notes of coconut, vanilla, and wood.

Taste: Chocolate with coffee, surprisingly mild roastiness, lots of fruity notes, vanilla, and pralines. No bitterness, extremely thick, with a slight counterbalance to the sweetness. The alcohol is almost imperceptible—perfectly hidden.

Carbonation: Virtually none.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try it fresh, but I recall reviews mentioning strong alcoholic notes. After two years of aging, the barrel influence is likely less pronounced, but the beer remains outstanding—probably the best frozen Komes I’ve had so far.
