The bottle lists bravo, chinook, mt. hood, nugget, citra, and cascade as the hops used in the brew.

I want to back up and say I have Mountain Rose organic hops being extracted in a bath of vodka. It will be done by the end of the month. I have stirred it each day and today I smelled it. After that heavenly whiff I know what is lost in the brewing process and what should remain.

I whiff this brew and get a harmony of scents. The citrus and honey notes standing out the most.

In the first two sips, I get a crispness and sweet bitter balance I have never tastes. If there was a competitor for the perfect IPA, this should go head to head with Peak's Organic.

The brew is a bit heavy to sip. It sinks in your mouth like the Titanic. It takes a alught amount of work to gulp. This mouth weight only adds to the pleasure of the brew.

For the nexts four or five sips it is consistenly good. No shifting of profile. Each sip is just like the last. The brew is clocking in at 60.9 F. I waited a bit after taking the beer out of the fridge and noted that the bottle began perspiring during the photo shoot.
