Shame. Sad to see it go, but that handover definitely wasn't very welcoming. There are quite a few times in my history that I have seen things go this way.

A reputable admin runs a service and earns attention, then a quiet handover happens, and the new admin is all but reputable. However, users still think it is the original admin.

You know I like you but that was a bit sloppy. Hope it all works out and not too many people get fleeced.
