To me it depends on the woman wearing them and whether it fits her personality and sense of style. I've dated women with tastefully done ink and I was never averse to it. So in short I am not bothered by it.

Like here, for example. Love the designs, it's not too much and they're on the right spots. At least those that I see. I imagine there are more that I don't, hopefully on the right spots as well.
And as always, contradiction thrives in your picture. I could easily imagine this beautiful woman with a suit, being a highly paid executive in a firm. I believe it's her expression and something in her eyes that gives me that impression. Along with the high heels, of course.
And on the other hand the tattoos, the short jeans, the tank top. A sexy, confident and dominating figure, all at once.
