Quick update regarding HERTZ

TL;DR: HERTZ is an Algorithm based asset (MPA) on the BTS DEX, it's a work in progress (not live), it predictably oscillates the feed price using a sin wave, thus we create phases of buying and selling pressure constantly back and forth forever.

• USD currently leading the poll for reference asset, followed by CNY. If this works, it'll be worth creating multiple HERTZ tokens for different reference assets, frequencies/amplitudes/period/etc.
• Minimized price feed script created
• @wackou responded to the price feed script issue I created, he's interested in the idea however is currently busy with the peerplays launch. Good to see support building though :)
