You think this could have anything to do with the big one? I've been watching earthquake map on a daily basis for more than 13 years now. The west coast is a place of concern.
It could be, or the dollar collapse, but i think the mass panic and disorder caused by either could be reason for the beginning of martial law. thoughts?
