Biden in his inauguration remarks stated he "will defend the constitution." And now not even a week into the Biden administration and he's already failed in this basic promise.

While not specifically constitutional, Biden certainly has shown a disregard for the U.S. Constitution as well as Federal Laws and Statutes.
