Is upgrading to #bifold doors really worth it for a home renovation?

Been knee‑deep in this home reno for months now, and my brain’s officially mush. I keep circling back to aluminium bifold doors because everyone online swears they’re “life‑changing,” but honestly, are they really worth the price tag? I’m picturing this gorgeous open‑plan vibe leading into the garden, but I don’t wanna blow half my budget on something that’s more hype than substance.
