Binance Registration Re-opened! Join Quick!
As you know, Binance --the hottest exchange at the moment due to having no ID verification requirement for withdrawals-- closed registration recently. Well, they've reopened and are taking new registrations as of 10:36 AM GMT, and this may be a temporary thing.
