Biryani, love it

Hy steemit community..
Even though I am not from India or Pakistan, I like the cuisine from those countries specially biryani using basmati rice. I like cooking biryani sometimes during weekend. Sadly some ingridient like green cardamom, basmati rice and safron are quite expensive at my place, but usually replaceble using local ingridients..
