Chicken Biryani Recipe (Asian, Dish)
(Ingredients)
1 kg rice
20 g Garam Masalah
Salt as needed
Half cup cooking oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
700 g chicken
3 tomato slice
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp Green coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric
3 tomatoes (paste)
1 kg potatoes
15 g golden onion
Green chili, Green Coriander, Mint (garnish)
1 cup chicken soup
(Cooking Method)
1.In a bowel, add some water. Then add rice, garam Masalah, salt cooking oil in this water and keep this in water for 20-25 minutes
2.In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, cumin, chicken, garam Masalah, tomato, yogurt, salt Red chili powder, green coriander powder, cumin powder, tomato paste, turmeric and fry it for 5-7 minutes.
3.Then add garnish, onions and fry it for 2 minutes
4.Now take a bowel and add prepared garam maslah in it then add garnish and boiled rice and repeat this process
5.Now add grinded garam Masalah (paste), chicken soup and simmer it for 8-10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes serve: 4 people
