BTC- e IS BACK

BTC-e which was hacked and was down for about a month resumes it's service. Though it announces resume of it's service but distributing the debt tokens is the major scene of the exchange to its clients.Users complains of :-

-having persistent issues in accessing either their accounts or refund.
-Issues of account blacklisted also have been encountered for previous normal users.
-Number of users reported of getting targeted by pissing attacks repeatedly.
