You may call it boring but for institutional investors the free market drives them crazy. They are so used to having the FED pump free money into the big banks and for the most part the stock market has always gone up due to this free money flowing thorough the stock market. I can't wait until hyper-inflation happens and the dollar crashes to the point where no one will want the fed dollars because they will be on par with the Zimbabwe dollar. At this point they will watch cry like babies about how they can't make money in such a volatile situation. Welp!
