It will go down again once D is complete, but the spreads are so small, that unless you are an experienced Day Trader, there is a good chance you will lose and not gain. You are far better off at the end of an ABCDE correction to just hodl and wait for it to go up again.

Yes. You can transfer to something that will go up for the time being. My bet is on VertCoin, but DYOR.
