The Walsall Incubator II

I recognise that a project is all about PEOPLE. I need to find like-minded people ... and my thoughts turned to @teamhumble ...I bet this would be right up your street... for life as well as crypto reasons :)

Maybe a first step would be someone turning the iconic building into an illustration/graphic that could become the 'brand' for the project. Any suggestions/offers?

It might be that we just secure the integrity of the building (i.e make sure it doesn't fall down!) and only occupy the first 2 floors for the first few years... there's plenty of space to grow. Of course, we could also rent out entire floors to provide income for the ongoing projects (before the explosion in crypto prices makes that unnecessary of course!)

It seems to me that NOW is a great time to be launching this project as an EOS airdrop... before the world realises what a useful funding model this is and EOS becomes swamped by them!

Very rough numbers:

1:1 airdrop to EOS members
2 billion total supply. So 50% retained to fund the project.

The idea is that the token will become a dividend producing asset that people will want to HODL. The founders will hold some tokens + we'd have reserves. Interests would be aligned, designed so it can't be profitable as a pump n dump. Maybe long vesting periods, so the only way the founders could realise value is through producing a rising dividend for token holders. Exciting!
